Compute Fourier coefficients
You can compute Fourier coefficients for any pc-set by downloading this stand-alone application (you will need Wolfram’s CDF player unless you own Mathematica. It is a free software).
For n=24 I have uploaded all pc-sets classes regrouped by Fourier profile (i.e. up to homometry), but the resulting file was too large to include the Fourier coefficients. A smaller file features only those subsets which have non trivial homometric cousins, like the 6-tuple above. The subsets have up to 12 elements because of complementational symmetry and the files are under .txt format, with lists of lists.
Same for n=18; smaller files but still too large for doing the pictures of Fourier profile as for n=12. All pc-sets classes regrouped by Fourier profile (i.e. up to homometry), and also only those subsets which have non trivial homometric cousins,
